  Mattress is under 4 months old and quite expensive so I thought I had quality. Went to flip it and found a split. Took photos and contacted douglas bedding who said it was a tear - and basically that it was my fault, suggested that I had probably dragged it (no I have polished timber floors and protector and it was carried up my timber stairs)or I had caught it on an edge somehow (No again - no edges anywhere near the bed or in my house that would do that) and that it would most likely not be covered by warranty. No support, no options, no offers to help or assist with warranty or repairs - nothing.

  So expensive now damaged and depreciated mattress, out of pocket nearly 1k and an all round stressful and upsetting experience from purchase to delivery, and now no support or warranty. I'd saved hard to afford it and now can't afford to replace it. I've called and sent 3 emails and the above mentioned was all I got - that it's my fault no support or warranty - no options or customer service.

  Went in last weekend to look at some king size beds and in less than a week later I am sleeping on my amazing new mattress and bed at home! We weren't expecting to get this for a little bit longer but things happened and we had it delivered by the owner himself (along with his trusty little helper!). We put the bed together last night (always fun in 35 degree heat :[ ) but it was so worth it. We decided on the pocket duo mattress and it is amazing! If you need a new bed/mattress and at a great price, go see these guys, you won't be disappointed! 10/10 would definitely buy from again!

  Bought online organised delivery. Wrong mattress turned up and mine was delivered to someone else. Had to wait for poor driver to go and find my mattress then deliver to me whilst back and forth on the phone with douglas bedding trying to figure out what had happened - no idea where it had been, (douglas bedding confirmed it was delivered to a another customer) or what happened to it prior to finally getting to me.

  Had queen bed set advertised on Facebook with one beside table, when I went into the store they had it displayed with A4 paper saying that it would come with two bedside tables, I asked the lady in-store and even showed her the Facebook advertising and she said that it would indeed come with two bedside tables. Day of delivery comes and I only get one bedside table, when I rang to question this I was told there was nothing that could be done. The queen bed also had a the support peace underneath missing and was once again told nothing could be done. Very unhappy and definitely would not recommend.
