  when i complained about the website saying they were in stock the staff member shrugged his shoulders and said well you were pretty silly not to ring the store and check before driving over.

  so i went to the website and found them in stock at the underwood store, drove 30 mins to that store to be told that they had 1 in stock and it was also broken.

  went to browns plains store... saw a plane hanging from the roof ... when i enquired about it i was told they have none in stock and wont be buying more, and the display model was broken, when i suggested they should remove the one hanging from the roof the guy chuckled and said yeah probably.

  Rude, no service, no advice, AVOID this store like the plague. Went in again thinking they changed I was so wrong. Really disappointing staff.

  Service can be slower on busy times, but overall good service and knowledgeable staff.
