  The young lady who served us @ the front counter was super lovely and helpful. Went to the cafe only to watch a man who I can only assume was the manager/owner (?!?) sit and the cafe table and continue reading his newspaper while I waited for a good 5 minutes, unserved. It wasn't until I questioned him if the cafe was open that he stood up and went and got the poor, harassed young girl (who had served us @ the front counter) to make us a coffee!! This girl was literally manning all stations as well as cleaning. While the man sat and read his paper.

  While she was lovely and clearly was doing the best she could, I thought that the equipment was ok, in terms of cleanliness. But it needed a good, proper clean. Not just a quick mop. Lots of build up of fluff and mess, which has clearly been accumulating over the years.

  Our 2 year old loves this place))) so many things to play with and have fun) very friendly young staff. Free coffee/tea if you have a ticket. Good range of fresh food for kids. I don't know why people complain it's expensive, i think it's a cleap and cool place)) we will be back
