    Great Gym, owned by a local Kenny Wood, family oriented Gym, large range of people go there, easy going and everyone knows each other, full facilities and the bootcamps every afternoon at 6pm are awesome.

    This is a great local gym,which has everything that you need. It's definitely a step above the rest in the local area,now that's for sure.

    Family atmosphere. Great trainers for one on one fitness. Bootcamp and boxing training is funtastic. Owner is friendly and looks after his gym members very well. Great motivator. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to make an effort and get great support!
